How to Redeem
Redeem your ticket with any Big Bus representative or driver outside the Massachusetts State House (10 Park Plaza). Adult tickets are valid for customers 13 and older; child tickets are valid for customers aged 3-12. Children aged 2 and under get free admission. Bus frequency is subject to change
