25 minute narrated tram tour every thirty minutes on the hour and half hour from 11:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M.. (Hourly, on the hour, weekdays during August and September) . Wildlife Encounters are presented daily at 11:30, 1:30, and 3:30 pm (weather permitting) at the Wildlife Encounter Outdoor Ampitheater.​​ Parking is free. Last ticket is issued at 3:00 P.M.
